Look at their timeline! Impossible. How many doors does the hotel have? How did he know the CEO would arrive early to set up? How did know he’d be walking? By himself?

I think he just got lucky. He thought he was super early, had PLENTY of time to go to Starbucks and begin his stakeout of the area. Little did he know he would only need to wait 5 minutes!
