looks scabby and maybe this has to do with her lipstick smeared above the top lip?
Why do some women wear lipstick outside the lip area? I know they think it makes their lips look fuller, but it doesn’t. It looks like someone who couldn’t apply her lipstick properly. It’s like the too-long pants that touch the ground. It doesn’t make your legs look longer, it looks like you didn’t have time to visit a tailor.
