I mean maybe he is overly calm and composed. Maybe he hasn't started grieving yet and is holding it together? Maybe he only goes on TV on days where he is able to hold it together and the rest of the time he's a mess? Who knows. But you're not suggesting his weirdness means he's somehow involved right? Bc as far as we know he lives in Vero Beach and was no where near these 2 on the camping trip.

Same here in my early 20s. Moved halfway across the country to be with an abusive cheater (and lied to my parents about all of it - they thought I was moving in with a girlfriend and that I had a job). Fortunately I got out, fortunately my parents were loving and supportive and let me move in with them no questions asked.

Oh my god, absolutely!! Her controlling father is CLEARLY the reason she was drawn to a controlling man like Brian. It's very clear to me that Brian is basically her dad.

He just comes across as that typical hyper macho douchy Italian-American from Long Island. IDK where he lives now but he appears to be a Long Island native by accent. Those kinds of guys don't grow out of it - in their 20s they're strutting around showing off their biceps, mocking other guys; and then when they have daughters that's THEIR BABY, she'll always be their princess and NO MAN will be good enough and their mocking ways come out - in this case hating on every boyfriend and calling Brian Brianne. Doesn't mean he wasn't a good dad, it's just his personality. If her life had gone normally and she'd married someone (not Brian - like a normal non abusive guy), dad would have had a super hard time at the wedding "giving her away," would never like the son in law but dote on his grandkids, and it'd take like 15 years of marriage until the son in law was in his 40s for dad to finally admit - he's a pretty good guy who takes great care of my baby and my grandkids and THEN the son in law would be in the special circle of guys. It's seriously a personality type up there.

Totally agree. That he never called any of her boyfriends by their real names and only called them by feminized versions of their names? WEIRD. Plus, if he was so close with Gabby, why weren’t they in touch during the trip? Some strange family dynamics going on,IMO
