To self market yourself as such a valuable asset without much real merit or bona fide skills is a brilliant con artist. She believes her own hype and is convinced of her superior beauty and talent even though the facts suggest otherwise. Mastery of manipulation is a marvel to behold really. I’m mystified, intrigued and horrified all at once.

I agree. I think it’s impressive she has had her four close friends for such a long time. That typically takes a lot of work.
