He probably should have been arrested that day, yes. But that's not related to his being disarmed and shot days later.
No”probably” about it. He would be alive today if he had been arrested then, as he should have been. ALL of these agitators should be arrested at first offense and carted off for processing and booking.
Most of them are standing, whistling, yelling, filming. You can't legitimately arrest them for that. The only difference is on Jan. 13 he kicked a car. That's what you'd arrest him for. That said, five ICE agents shouldn't have tackled him and broken his rib in response.
Why not? If someone kicked out my car tail light and spit at me, and I had a few big guys in the car with me, you’d better believe I’d want them to tackle the perp and wrestle him to the ground. If his poor rib gets broken, so what?

Self-deportation is working. Recent estimates suggest that between 1 million and 2.5 million illegal aliens have left the United States since January 2025. The Center for Immigration Studies has conservatively estimated a decline of approximately 2.3 million in the foreign-born population. Why are so many leaving voluntarily? Because enforcement is credible – when illegal aliens believe they will be caught and removed, many choose to leave on their own.
This is exactly why Congress must pass mandatory E-Verify legislation. The same deterrent principle driving self-deportation would apply to the jobs magnet: if illegal aliens know they cannot get jobs because all employers must verify work authorization, many will not come – and those already here will leave voluntarily.
According to the Penn Wharton Budget Model, sustained enforcement would increase wages for authorized low-skilled American workers by up to 5%.
Please send a message to your three Members of Congress urging them to support and pass H.R. 251/S. 1151 to mandate E-Verify and remove the jobs magnet that attracts illegal labor.

IOW, this was likely a planned execution in retaliation.

Exactly. They would have guaranteed a Republican victory in the midterms and 2028. It blows my mind that being cruel is more important than anything else.
