sorry i wasn't saying the girls academy would ever overtake the ecnl its way to big to be taken over but im just saying maybe at one point it could turn into a very good girls league or more than it already is

Yeah. US Soccer couldn’t compete. They literally tried to perform a hostile takeover and still failed.

And BTW…..what’s wrong with having a top league? Just embrace it.
