How do you know the FARM rate for next year, as we haven't had any classes yet and the date used for prediction won't show how many students have been leaving for private etc (and there are a LOT in LV leaving for private)

They are also going to redevelop Marbella in the next 5-10 years, which will add affordable units and kids. I realize there’s nothing I can say to convince the PPs that Innovation is going to be higher FARMs than they think. The student generation rate for those expensive high rises is very low but for affordable housing it’s very high. Check back in 5 years and you will see.
