Meh. It got the administration of LAMB to actually start TALKING about reopening, and it got the PTO to say it would form a committee.
This.
That committee (actually a task force) already in the process of being formed before the article. It wasn’t a result of it.
Well then the article got the PTO to tell us about this task force, since we didn’t know.
Btw, is there any progress on this task force? PTO announced they would have more info in the next couple of days, and so far nothing.
Also does that Task Force have any power? Is it just there to have conversations? Will they make recommendations? Can the administration or teachers ignore those?
LAMB doesn’t have a good track record of listening to parents so.........
The task force info was in the latest monthly bulletin a few days ago. They probably should have done a stand alone post, but look in there.

You have no ability to support this statement bc there is no data.
The “data” I have is all of the people talking about what assholes they are.
See, you’re just an example of what the other poster was talking about in terms of cults and bullying.
+1000. Speaks poorly of the school if that is PP’s response.
None of this thread should speak “of the school”. It’s about 3-4 people writing back and forth. “The school” it is not.

The only bully that I’ve seen is one lunatic dad.

There are many parents who are afraid to voice their opinions at LAMB because of the over-the-top bullying they receive from the cultish parents on ParentSquare. Without an unbiased, anonymous survey that protects parents who express their opinions, we really don't know what "most" LAMB parents think.
Bullying? Cult? I thought they were kumbaya peace circle organizers with a dash of Spanish?
I should clarify that the bullying culty parents are only a subsection of parents. Having been at one other DC school, they existed there, too. I think it's just some weird mother thing I don't understand.
There are also many LAMB parents who I have found are welcoming, calm, constructive, and helpful. It's just the bully cult ones have a stifling influence on dialogue.
I see the misogynist has arrived. And now we know exactly who this poster is.
