+1. All colleges are equal. Admissions standards, graduation rates, faculty, resources, name rec, credit ratings and endowments mean nothing.

If a college is struggling financially, confronting with enrollment decline, admits everyone with a pulse, has no brand to speak of, dismal graduation rate, extremely low salaries on US Gov college scorecard...is it not objectively awful? We have to walk on eggshells and pretend it’s good because Olivia is going there to play soccer after 10 years of relentless bragging by her parents?
I don’t have a strong view on this subject, but this post is a prime example of just how truly obnoxious DCUM posters can be when they decide to dig in to defend a position with which others disagree. Did someone really never tell you that you’re not going to win the Internet?
