1 coach form original Spirit is still at Metro. Coaches were added in year two. Coaches were added in year three. What of it? Clubs add and retain coaches all the time. Exactly what is supposed to be your point?

I just love these Metro/Spirit vendettas. The club is going through growing pains and currently offers no competitive threat to other DAs. Take the easy win and just live your own life. Save your vendetta for a club that threatens you on the field. The constant trolling of Metro just shows a deep insecurity in your own program and your own cowardice because you won’t talk trash about clubs who might actually threaten you on the field.
And why the trolling of the playups is also baffling. Acting like they are concerned for the well being of those kids. If the playups didn’t show up to your ID sessions perhaps you should reach out to them personally in an effort to get them on the right soccer path.
+1. Perhaps an 07 or 08 parent sees the play up(s) they know and makes them feel bad about their own DD and the level or age they are playing. Jealously can make people do ugly things.

Maybe the answer is simply that their club is not in that discussion either, likely they mentioned NCSL Div 2 level or equivalent.
It makes no sense for FCV/ARL 2006 to punch down, so my hunch is that this is the parent of a mediocre 2006 player trying to justify decisions either they made or MU made for them.
Pathetic in either case, but we should definitely be on the lookout for the results of their middling NCSL calibre team's results against a DA or ECNL club.
