That actually might explain why he won't move in with Mindy. He might be contractually obligated to the couple for early morning workouts or to take care of the dogs (which is why he always brings the dog). Zach, can you just come in here and tell us your deal?

Ok - so I’m not crazy. The curly hair must be a wig or weave also bc of the hairline. Is that right?

Hmmm...I don't know. While I think Mindy is pretty, she is probably not the kind of "pretty" that Zach is used to dating. She's also more serious-minded. Zach works in an industry where he's constantly surrounded by superficial people and he's probably the most superficial of all of them. I think the arrangement is probably more about discounted rent in exchange for free personal training.
In one of the first episodes he says that his relationships typically end due to lack of chemistry. It’s possible those dogs aren’t his and he is a live in dog walker, personal trainer, cook.
