Hmmm...I don't know. While I think Mindy is pretty, she is probably not the kind of "pretty" that Zach is used to dating. She's also more serious-minded. Zach works in an industry where he's constantly surrounded by superficial people and he's probably the most superficial of all of them. I think the arrangement is probably more about discounted rent in exchange for free personal training.
