Had to throw in my two cents (a month late.) Others who could wear yoga pants:
People who work split shifts.
Night/evening workers who change into uniforms at work.
People in working class professions who work outside, cleaning, etc.
Yoga instructors, ha! Jk.

This thread is hilarious. From the insane lottery process to the justification for wearing athletic gear at pickup time.

I also telework (two days a week) and have a very relaxed dress code in the office on Fridays (jeans and even shorts in the summer). Pretty sure it seems like I don't work (or at least am not working full-time) but I assure you I do - I just managed to find an office with a really flexible environment.
