Don’t forget about fascist legislators who want to give rapists — or viruss addlky anyone else — the right to sue for statutory damages in the event you travelled somewhere to obtain an abortion. A Fugitive Slave Act for women.
And the current but growing minority that want to charge women with MURDER for having an abortion. It exists. The Daily did a report on it a few months ago. Those people are terrifying. Used to be a fringe. And while they are still a small number, their numbers are growing. They even interviewed a woman who had an abortion and feels like she should be given a death sentence for her crime. WTF?

Yes, this! So many of the women who are active anti-abortion advocates will be fine.
As many of these efforts will also criminalize certain kinds of birth control and make consistent access to effective methods of birth control more difficult, it’s likely that at least some women will be more hesitant about having sex at least some of the time, while pregnancy rates may increase — both changes that are likely to be linked to increases in domestic violence, whether it gets reported or not.

You don't even need an abortion to arrest. Just arrest for "suspected abortion " (i.e., a miscarriage). A woman in Alabama was just arrested for this.
