You might get Cleveland. Everyone I know there is trying to get out.

Why??)

You didn't see that news item this year where a child was pulled by their hair by their teacher in the hallway, caught on camera? For instance.

Swami says find a carpool, that commute is brutal.

Sounds like we need to carpool together!

Swami do you say the same for my numbers?

I wonder how Swami knows the commute is brutal without knowing where OP lives.

#12 at Creative Minds for Kindergarten. Chances are pretty good, right? But we also have a child the year behind (so PK4 next year) who's in the 100s on the CMI waitlist. Chances both kids will get a spot at CMI by August???

Love ya, Swami!

Swami thinks there is literally no hope. None.

So harsh? Not even for Stokes EE French? Come on, we are #2!

I think Swami was agreeing you have no hope of avoiding Stokes EE because that’s where you will get in- hoping to join you!

Oh, yes. Sigh. Can I really drive there from Bloomingdale? Really? No.

Get on the Friendship Armstrong waitlist and try again next year. #Notswami

We are in the low single digits for K at Lee and aren't even sure he will get in. I saw that two years ago only one kid got in off the waitlist for Kindergarten. I'm hopeful there will be good movement this year but it seems like Lee has gotten really popular so I'm trying to prepare myself that it might not happen. Really hope the list moves for both of us though. Good luck!

Not Swami but I feel like you have a decent chance.

This was us and we got a spot.

Anonymous wrote:I heard that in past years Langley eventually took everyone off their wait list. But, I feel its popularity grew this year. (Good for them, not so good for us.) My son started at #11 on the wait list and now he sits at #16 (and growing...I'm sure). Anyone have predictions on how deep they will go into their wait list this year? (If it wasn't obvious, we are not IB.)

The popularity does seem to have grown-- I'm hearing higher waitlist numbers than I ever did last year. Nevertheless, I think at #16 your chances are still very good. When the whole system starts moving in May, I'm sure you will see progress.
