It's on Thursday, April 20th from 6-8 in the cafeteria. So next Thursday. It's for parents and students. Not sure why it's such a secret that it isn't on the regular school calendar. Other schools don't think it's a state secrecy and put it on their calendars.
Wait...are you looking it up on other schools' calendars?
No others have said it's on their schools' calendars. Maybe that's inaccurate, but I think it's silly not to put it on the calendar since it's an event at the school. Seriously, if someone wants to crash the presentation because they are appealing, who cares. GBRS ?
How are folks learning the GBRS? I'm not seeking to find out. Just curious.
I wonder if there were fewer parent referrals. The eligible NNAT and CogAT scores seem over all low this year. I don't even think I would have considered referring with these scores. I'm glad they are being more inclusive. I think a lot more kids can handle the AAP curriculum.
I think last year scores came out after referrals were due. This year at least at our school they stressed that you might not know Cogat before referrals were due so everyone should plan to parent refer if interested.
