Blame white people.
Minority groups account for only 22.4 percent of television journalists, 13 percent of radio journalists, and 13.34 percent of journalists at daily newspapers.
Not even gonna get into how many minority owned major television networks there are.

This being Chicago, some black boy who wanders into the wrong neighborhood is going to pay the price for the obvious hate crime perpetrated by these black thugs against this disabled individual. This insanity needs to end.

Should be the least of their worries...

Totally untrue. Over 90% of violent crime between blacks and whites involves blacks attaching whites. If hate crime charges were brought fairly, only a tiny percentage would involve black victims.

You have no idea what you're talking about. To be a hate crime, it has to be demonstrably proven that there was a racial motivation. That is very hard to show, and the vast majorities of crimes, period, are not hate crimes. I'm not sure where your 90% figure comes from but it seems doubtful.

In any event, racism is a reality. But the fact that racism against blacks is real in no way negates that white people can be victims of crime (including hate crimes).

I thought hate crimes laws can't be used when the victim is white?

Geez, where did you get that idea? Of course they can. The leading case on hate crimes was a hate crime against a white man. Wisconsin v Mitchell. I realize that doesn't fit the agenda of "Obama is a RACIST!!! omg!!"
