So if YOU have a lot of partners, and those partners all had a lot of partners, then your net is being cast far wider than two people with very far more limited histories. If two virgins met and married then they'd not have this problem, right?
I'm not suggesting that everyone remain a virgin, but to suggest that having multiple partners who also had multiple partners is of no significance then I think you're just kidding yourself.
She and all her friends might have gotten it from the same person
And maybe all at the same time.

If your husband gave you HPV, he got it from somewhere in the first place. Maybe his previous partners. However, if he was clean when he was married to you (and you were clean too), then if he gave you HPV, it means that he was cheating on you.
DH and I have only been sexually with each other. I admit that this was because of the standards of sexual morality of the culture we were born in, and less to do with any choice. However, it is a relief to not worry about STDs or even think about each other's previous partners.

Of course it does. First, you don't know that your husband gave it to you. It could have been one of your previous partners.
Oh, you didn't have any? Then he got it from sleeping with someone besides you. Who got it from someone other than him.

From a health stand point, I absolutely agree. Women should make sure that their partners are healthy before having sex, but this is a health issue, not a moral one.
She clearly ins't protecting herself and that's a problem. I would also venture to say she isn't mature enough to handle all these boyfriends and that's her issue, not a woman's issue. Some women wait for the perfect guy and still get "screwed." So, knowing what you want out of a relationship, and demanding that is what you need. Sometimes that's just sex, and I think that's ok. If that something is marriage, than the expectations need to be made clear.
A lot of guys do.
Not everyone wants a relationship with that kind of guy.

How strange..because none of my close friends have it. Can't be as common as you think.
Same. I've never had any of my friends tell me they've had this. But then my circle of friends is one that generally had limited partners and never played the hookup game.
