Thanks -- any brokers in particular that people recommend? Moving to DC from out-of-state and not really familiar with the areas, but do want something walkable/Brooklyn-ish, to the extent possible. Lotteried into CM for PS3, which I believe will be in the Old Soldiers Home, so thinking about Mount Pleasant and Columbia Heights, possibly Brookland. Capitol Hill seems ideal but not sure about the commute from their to the new CM (also price may be too high). Will be coming in from out-of-state so hoping that a broker can help me get the most out of my limited apartment-hunting time...
