I have no association with APD. I'm just sick of people who fan the flames of innuendo and speculation when something serious has happened.
I am not embarrassing myself. Don't worry.

Hopefully!! Wish we had more information. Unfortunately a composite sketch is not an exact science and there are things the suspect can do to subtly alter his appearance. Plus, how likely is someone to call the cops on their elderly gray haired neighbor.
If they think he may have killed someone, I think they'll be pretty likely to. At least I hope so.

There was an article that stated the neighbor across the street heard screaming and watched him run away. That means police must have gotten there within 5 minutes of the crime, if not sooner? Where did he disappear in 5 minutes?? You know everyone in the area was questioned that first day, including the neighbor across the street, and no one has reported seeing this guy in a 5 minute radius at that time of day? I just don't understand.
Yeah, I've been trying to think that through, too. Maybe he parked a car a few streets away?
In my mind it's a no-brainer. He is a neighbor of these people and ran home after the shootings. He was probably back in his house before the helicopters went up.
I was thinking this too. I think he may have just strolled home afterward and no one paid him any mind. Why would they? it's not like the police had the description of him the moment after it happened and he easily could have blended in to the neighborhood.
Also, I doubt the serail killer aspect.

Doubtful. If it is a serial killer, they rarely shit where they nest.
