In case you didn't catch today's article in the Post on teen pregnancy, Wards 7 and 8, accounting for roughly 25% of the city's population, are responsible (odd choice of word here, I know) for almost 60% of the city's teen pregnancies. And the proportion is rising: not only are teen pregnancies declining elsewhere, but they're actually rising in Wards 7 and 8.

Again, I think he just doing this to get attention. Nothing about it makes any sense unless he wants to be in the news about it.

Well, if there are any "DCPS consultants" out there who thought this was a good idea, for them a reality check would be in order.

I think he is just a controversy hound and doesn't care whether it is a good or bad idea.
