I wonder if I know the OP. My friend fits the bill. He says stupid stuff like this and tries to justify it. Mid-40s and chasing after girls half his age. He tries to justify it by saying they are old souls or very mature. They are usually up for nice dinners, trips, and a fling, but they never stick around...because girls under 40 want guys under 40...unless the guy is super hot and super rich. Simple facts.

I often prefer my own company, far from menopause and not a wrinkle on this bod. Yea, It gets old being asked out by 40+ types that can only talk about my looks. Sure it's flattering, but I have a mirror, and I know what I look like, I am lucky. But I will age, and this type of guy is just a sucker for the bullshit that is causing our youth to want to weigh 20 lbs and get nose jobs, cuz its not about who you are, but how you look!!
