Manhattan Bar & Grill on M St. They had a great bottomless brunch that game with a crostini appetizer w/goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes. We loved sitting at the table in the front bay window and people watching.

Cafe LaRuche in georgetown. Many romanic late night drinks and desserts there in college.
