Another vote for Chuys! DC needs more good Tex-Mex. Taco Cabana would be great too.

I'll also second the recs for Fazolis and Steak & Shake.

Taco Cabana. Every time I visit Texas I have to have Taco Cabana at least once.

My daughter loves Steak and Shake, and the burgers are decent, but I'd always rather get Chipotle if we're doing fast food.

The ambiance. And the cookies.

Tim Hortons would be great! So much faster and better than Dunkin Donuts.

Play it Again sports would be great in NoVa. There's one in Leesburg but I think it would do great in Fairfax County as well. I'm a big fan of Jamba Juice too.

Anyone travel to other states and stumble upon a good franchise that you liked that is not yet in the D.C. area? I know it's a longshot, but thought I would ask for suggestions. Thanks!!

I wish someone would buy Culver's from Wisconsin and Minnesota and bring them to DC. Best burger and shake in a fast food setting anywhere. http://www.culvers.com

It's been ten years but I can totally taste that.

Ew, no. And there are Waffle Houses in the Frederick area.

Anybody remember Papa Ginos in the New England area? They used to be good, not sure if they still are.

Haven't been to a papa ginos in 20 years, but it was good!

Love Papa Gino's! Used to get their 2 slices and a soda for lunch in high school all the time!
