This one is from way back in the thread but it is too funny, I thought I was crazy to get so annoyed at these people but it is so true!!

Guys don't have this problem. We just go. Good grief, ladies, it's a shitter. Do you really think the women in your office think your shit doesn't stink?

Trying telling that to my sphincter. She's not listening.

You are incorrect and misinformed. Many illegals do get government assistance...by way of their anchor babies. The child is considered a US citizen (I strongly disagree with this) and as such is given a SSN. The parent can apply for aid for their children which can include welfare, public education, etc.

Yeah, that Constitution is a nuisance, isn't it?

So basically, you hate everything that the American republic is based on. Got it.

People who photograph their children constantly, even when everyone's attention should be elsewhere: "Uncle Bobby is opening presents, let's capture Mary's reaction on film." "Its grandpa's birthday. Let's capture Mary's reaction to him blowing out the cake."

90% of the time when I fly it's to a business meeting. I don't dress for the plane ride. I dress for the meeting. Heels are called for. How many times have you been in a water landing?

Air travel:
1. airlines NOT making passengers check larger than allowed carry-ons. 45 linear inches defined as 22x14x9. On many planes those dimensions equate to 3 or 4 wheelies fitting in 1 overhead bin. A guitar case? A 25 in wheelie? I don't care if people own the suitcase.
2. large lap babies on long flights
3. large passengers that invade the airspace etc above my seat. Elbow and coat and arms 1/3 of the way across me.
4. messy meals from the terminal with pieces of food flopping onto me
5. loud passengers on the red eye or any long flight
6. passengers socializing in the aisle and their asses bumping into my face
7. too large backpacks and wheelies hitting me while going down the aisle or attempting to heft the thing into the overhead
8. no one should need a helmet because the airlines don't check the weights and sizes of what goes on the plane

Large lap babies? Should people just leave babies at home? Or maybe only small babies should be allowed to travel.

Lap babies should not be allowed AT ALL. It is very dangerous for the child and very annoying for the other passengers when the parents allow them to get down and wander.

I feel like I'm in Germany in the 1930s! Of course then, instead of complaining it was the illegals that would lead to the demise of the economy, it was the Jews.

I am not against immigration, legal or illegal. They are seeking the same opportunities my fore fathers did (who came here before there was a "USA" and therefore no immigration laws). I know that illegal immigration does hurt some - like legal construction workers who don't get hired because they want to be paid more than an illegal. My response? Go into an industry that pays more. Construction work (most of it) is manual labor that requires little skill, and therefore is (and should be) low paying. Illegals also pay many taxes - they rent apartments and homes, so property taxes are paid for through their rent, they pay sales tax on almost everything they buy, gasoline tax... all that is missing is income tax. And most make so little, they wouldn't have any income tax. To get financial assistance, you need a SSN. They don't have one. So more than likely they are not getting any government assistance.

Illegal aliens also have access to free healthcare. It's no wonder our health care system is in such a stand state and many hospitals are in the red. It's because illegal aliens flood the emergency rooms, provide fake names, SSN's etc and get free healthcare.

What does "many" mean? Have you actually seen this happen, or are you just choosing to believe that "many" people do it because Lou Dobbs told you so?

Not the PP you're responding to, but do you really not think this happens?

I don't believe it happens in enough numbers to warrant the panic over this issue.

Oh I am sure your anaylsis and opinion are valid to believe it doesn't happen enough, who are you Janet Napolitano? GTFO

FINALLY a reasonable argument.

LOL Just kidding, you are an idiot. Where is YOUR analysis that is DOES happen, Mr. Dobbs?

(P.S. GTFO? Really? Are you drunk before noon?)

Agree, GTFO illegals

Ditto on Play Date.
I live in a neighborhood where we have more older kids. So our children go over their friend's homes to play. What is wrong saying that? Freakn' Play Date!
Next, they will be giving every child a trophy for participating in soccer, kickball, or dodgeball. Oops! I forgot kids aren't allow to play dodgeball. Boo frickn' Hoo!
The Woosyfication of the American child. What's next banning jump ropes because Lil' Susie may trip and fall!

Play date, is annoying. I know a mom of twin boys who insists on asking my son for a play date. I just call it "going over to your house to play". Somehow it sounds a little less formal and more like something I did when I was a kid.

I actually think these terms are cute, and I'm usually super-averse to cheese (also can't stand people calling themselves 'mommy' etc). Weird.

Also, people who wait until the very last second to merge thus causing everyone who is trying to get off to stop, nearly causing a chain reaction rear-ending - I'm looking at YOU blue Nissan on 29 at New Hampshire this morning

people who call them selves "mommy" when referring to themselves during an adult conversation

the term "mommy track"
the term "play date"
