This storm was very strange - there are parts with zero snow and others with plenty. I work in MD right across the river and the roads there are now dry and no snow. At my home in Vienna the sidewalks are still covered if people have not shoveled.
I think they will go on time tomorrow. I also think it was the right call to cancel today. I can see why someone who lives in the part of the county that got little to no snow might be upset.
This was just a strange storm.

I think you need to subtract the 3 hour early dismissals too for the elementary schools. Thinking in hours vs days.
