Yes they do but they are not calling them ENCL ID sessions. Same with some clubs jumping the window with USL/SuperY. If there is an all call or open training and your kid wants to level up and is not already practicing with? You go.

Correct. However, they (being the club) aren't really interested in open tryouts. They will just be a song and dance for the masses. They are trying to get the rosters solidified ahead of time.
yup… rolling offers is a way to dangle carrots and keep competition at bay once rosters fill up on the other two teams. Better accept them when they come…
