I've never understood OTT birthday parties

I don't think I've even ever had one that I can recall.

I'm uncomfortable with attention, my mom and in-laws had to force me just to have a wedding.

I remember being agog just watching that one Kris Jenner "I love my Friends" video she made everyone watch to the tune of "I love LA"
