Americans have been, are, and can be gardeners/landscapers.

Bring back American kids mowing lawns and bagging leaves for spare change. You want a fancy garden, learn it or pay good $$ to a master gardener. Or make friends in the gardening club. They are mostly older people who might enjoy a new space to shape in exchange for money and a little help with miscellaneous heavy tasks.

No keeping illegal aliens here so you have someone to cut back your liriope and plant daffodils cheaply. No more importing an underclass to exploit.

What lies. Indians won't hire anyone other than Indians from their same geographic area in India. They also will never hire black people. It's not an issue of competing at all.


Indeed, it's a problem when Americans have an accepting attitude, willing to hire folks from this or that immigrant group and then folks from this and that immigrant group turn around and give opportunities exclusively to "their own."
