It can mean kill - it does in military terms.
So, when Comey posts a message saying to "86" 47 (and we all know that means Trump) - what does he think "86" means in this context?
Not relevant what it may or may not mean in the military. Comey never served in the military.
For the overwhelming majority of people, "86" means dumping or getting rid of something. You CANNOT conclusively claim that it meant "kill." You CANNOT insist it absolutely does not mean "impeach and remove" or any number of other things. You can't. You are being completely dishonest if you want to insist it can only possibly mean "kill."
