Anonymous wrote:I hate NYTimes recipes. It ticks me off that if you just follow them they're trash. You HAVE to read the comments (to be fair, the commenters are great) to tweak them, sometimes so much they barely resemble the original recipe to make them good. It just feels sloppy to me to provide these loose skeleton "ideas of a recipe."
