Well done by the Trump administration, perfectly justified
The whole point of Free Speech is those consequences can’t come from the government.
Just admit that you hate the First Amendment.
Assaulting people is not free speech, but you know that.
I explained a very basic part of the First Amendment, and you moved the goal posts to assault? Predictable.
You say he’s deported for utilizing his free speech rights, and you’re wrong. He assaulted someone, that’s not free speech.

99% of people are perfectly fine with the deportation of violent Hamas terrorists whose sole goal is the eradication of the Jewish race.

he's engaged to an American woman...and when you say assimilate, do you mean everyone needs to share the same opinion on every topic and must have concurrence with both you and Donald Trump?

I guess the new generation of immigrants didn’t get the memo.

The First Amendment does not permit you to trespass or vandalize.
Blah blah
He has been charged with anything
Hasn't
I know. That's the problem. Columbia let all of this illegal behavior go back when it was happening.
I agree that it appears he is being unlawfully detained at the moment. Does not mean he didn't commit crimes back then. He just wasn't charged with them. I can believe that he needs to leave the US and also believe is not being treated properly at the moment. Both things can be true.
How can you believe this?
He hasn't received due process. He's innocent until proven guilty. That is the government's burden. A once great country believed this.
OJ was aquitted. We all still know he murdered his wife.

I dunno what you're talking about, marriage-based green cards are typically sorted out in 14 to 24 months. It's definitely not "years". And it's not "the slightest whiff", as marriage to a US citizen typically clears away most things that would bar admission, for instance, working without permission.
Marriage based green cards start off as a conditional green card approval for two years. So you get to stay for two years. After two years you have to file to get conditions lifted and a permanent green card. To do that the couple still have to go to interview and show they have a real marriage. You see people stressing out over the smallest things at this point to ace this interview. No immigration officer is going to lift conditions on his conditional green card.
Nope - that is for all GC marriages. They do it to make sure it's not a sham marriage. When you go for the interview to remove the conditions, they ask a ton of questions and you have to provide a lot of documentation showing you live together. So you'd better have a joint lease or mortgage, bank accounts, utilities, etc. They're very good at knowing who is lying.

No he hasn't. This judge has no jurisdiction over Khalil.
LOL, did you go to the Trump University Law School?
Jesse Furman from the Southern District of New York doesn't have jurisdiction to hear a habeas petition of someone being held in Louisiana.
