They are trying to block having a vote on Trump’s tariffs. The founding fathers never dreamed that the legislative branch would just give its power away so cravenly to the executive branch.

Biden kept them because Trump instigated retaliatory tariffs by China making it very difficult to undo anything without making things worse. Like much of Trump’s foreign policy, he left a huge mess behind him.

Just to clarify, DOGE has not had access to statistical agencies. We blocked them from our agency. Trump will probably do away with those agencies. But I feel the need to tell you as of now, our statistical reporting is accurate. With that said, Biden had great numbers and no one believed it. SMH.

It doesn't matter. The market will respond to actual conditions. Statistics can be manipulated, but eventually the market will react.

Not a Trumper. His policies are isolationist and insular—a kind of anti-globalism — and I can see how that would appeal to the middle and lower classes that did not really participate in the growth fueled by globalist policies. If importing goods becomes prohibitively expensive, manufacturing will move back to the US.


But even assuming manufacturing plants could be built overnight, U.S. labor is too expensive. No way around that.

His policies are isolationist and insular—a kind of anti-globalism — and I can see how that would appeal to the middle and lower classes that did not really participate in the growth fueled by globalist policies.
