I don't see how anyone is saying 18 minutes. 27 minutes out of 30 minutes is definitely NOT "heavily edited" and is basically a rounding error, routine stuff they do just to make things fit a little better to fit in their commercial breaks.

What is she going to do when she’s in the Oval Office or meeting with world leaders or gets a 3am call? If she’s too scared to speak or answer questions alone, why is she running for Pres?
