Her true calling is comedy.

Another embarrasing tale Jennifer talks about is growing up with one pair of sneakers with holes in them in the Bronx and getting snow inside and going to school with them and feeling ashamed . It’s Something people immediately found questionable given she was a Catholic school kid so sneakers wouldn’t have been worn at school and it’s hard to imagine her dad wouldn’t buy her shoes if she had holes in them . One also questioned how she was able to travel and compete nationally for track if her parents couldn’t afford proper shoes.

She says her home was filled with dance and music and she ran track at a national level, played softball, took dance, was in school plays and musicals. She attended an all girls Catholic school. When she was a young adult she dropped out of college to pursue a dance career and this greatly upset her parents who didn't support this move. At this point there was a brief rift and she didn't talk to them for a few months.

All girl high school explains it.

If her mom was a stay at home mom with three kids and they were in Catholic school, that means dad was probably working a lot and barely spending time with the girls.

Jennifer always speaks more highly of her dad and how he believed in her and was far more gentle than her mom who was the tyrant and led the house with the iron fist

Her dad’s also a Scientologist. Not sure when exactly he made that change but I know the Scientologists really tried to get Jennifer and Marc Anthony to join and they weren’t really interested.

It’s interesting how Marc Anthony is also J Los opposite. He’s Puerto Rican from Spanish Harlem but nobody knows he’s American/NYC raised because he mostly speaks Spanish and does Spanish music. J Lo picked up lots of Spanish from Marc . She didn’t know how to speak and it was a big deal during the Selena movie .

She grew up with the standard American assimilated family. That’s partly why her Jenny from the Block “running up and down the streets of the Bronx” narrative she put in her documentary was mocked on Tiktok.

She went to Preston -one of the most expensive all girl Catholic high schools , went to Catholic school for K-8 as well, and lived in a two story home with a computer engineer for a dad. That was not the standard for even white families in the Bronx back then.

By many many accounts here in LA where we know people: she is an incredibly rude and entitled narcissist. Seriously, a really bad person.

I was kind of neglected as a kid and I haaaate attention. I guess I got used to it.

Maybe posting that picture of her daughter was more about smearing Alex Rodriguez for their relationship ending. Like see how he has hurt everyone. Either way, it was self-centered and thoughtless toward her own child.
