65-70 girls at the ID session. 4 fields of 8v8. Maybe 25 got a look at the top field. 12 of the 16 on the top field stayed throughout.

They basically had the team picked out from what I saw before anything got started. The pre-union girls with a some McLean girls sprinkled in and a couple others that they pulled

Please don't drag MLS Next into this. They only post what they want you to see.

Got it, you would have preferred big names with the highest of licenses from long ago that can't run a training session and constantly create and allow a toxic environment. I also don't think that they have the biggest of names in MLS Next and they still outperform everyone else in the area.

Gerardo Ramirez, the new SYC GA director, is a great hire. He was a girls' ECNL coach at Arlington for many years before switching to the boys' side in the last couple of years.


Boys second teams at Arlington. It’s a poor hire. You can spin it however you want.
