christians only want religious freedom for christianity. They DGAF about anyone else, or any actual religious freedom.

Still no christian has condemned the hateful acts of a christian man who destroyed a religious display he did not like.

You know religion is stronger than atheism in the United States. The Supreme Court is stacked. Evangelicals are shoving their morality down our throats. Basically it’s non-believers who are persecuted and have to defend “reality” and an equitable legal framework from religionists who want to ban abortion (thus causing innocent women with complicated or non-viable pregnancies harm).

Religion is totally cool if it isn’t being used to make law for people who don’t believe in that religion, which it is.

More people in the US are Christian than non-believers, that’s not a bad thing, that’s just reality.

The Supreme Court has justices appointed exactly as it has since the beginning. Suddenly that’s a bad thing, because you don’t like the opinions of the people appointed. Just because you don’t like or agree with the people who have been appointed to SCOTUS, doesn’t make it wrong or bad. It’s just not what you want.

If the majority of America is Christian and you don’t like it, why not find a place that isn’t religious and where everyone in government agrees with you. You will have to move every few years from country to country because it’s possible some people you don’t agree with will be elected or appointed in government where you are living. Because you can’t tolerate living in a world where other people have opinions that are different than yours, you will have to do your research to find a place you can be happy living in. I suggest North Korea, China, Saudi Arabia? Few Christians, no Christians in elected or appointed office, plentiful abortions. oh wait- scratch Saudi Arabia, few to no Christians but complete actual subjugation of women. So China or North Korea? You will never have to deal with religious people again and you can have an abortion whenever you want. Perfect.

Yup. They want to force their religion on the rest of us and call it “freedom”.

Nobody here cares that Nativity scenes and displays are vandalized and destroyed, why should people get upset about the fake goat nobody believes in getting vandalized?

I GAF about the defaced goat or baby jesus displays. I do care about Christian forcing their religion on me and then screaming about “religious freedom”.

Nobody is forcing anything on you. How is religion being forced on you?

Christian extremists are forcing their religious beliefs on everyone in the US.

How?

How do you help keep our country free and safe for all people to practice their religion?

It’s not free for all religions - hence why no christians have condemned the destruction of a religious monument in the Iowa state building.

Hence, not a single post in dcum history has condemned the destruction and vandalism of Nativity displays.

Omg you did not write that.

Go back to your racist hole

Christians are not under attack

Google Youth Pastor or Minster or Catholic Church. You know who is under attack children from those pedos

have you seen the news stories about female teachers sexually abusing their students?

Do you understand adults in every institution and segment of society unfortunately abuse children?

And where have the destruction and vandalism of nativity displays, which happen every Christmas season, multiple times per season, been discussed on this forum?

Do you know parents and blood family members are the most statistically likely to molest/sexually abuse children?

I saw a couple posts point out that she herself had posted recently to ansk about tickets to the holiday lights at Brookside Gardens.

A man in our usps went on an anti-religious rant once because he saw a card on their spinning rack that he said represented Christianity. He wanted it removed because usps is a government agency. He was livid a Christian greeting card was present on the premises. It was disturbing because the usps agent was so nice and this man was so rude and angry. The supervisor came out into the area where customers wait in line and removed the card and the man still wasn’t happy; we left because I had my kids with me and he was acting agitated. He kept arguing with the employees who you know had nothing to do with the selection of greeting cards present in the lobby.

And now he's posting on DCUM @ 19:04 and elsewhere.

DP with a serious question. What is wrong with you? Your hateful hysteria is over the top and your whataboutism too transparent even for DCUM.

Why assume a handful of idiots on the internet well-represent a billion people?

Surely you personally are smarter than that?

DP - I don't think PP was talking about anyone who hasn't represented, their point was everyone here confirmed the sterotype, despite being asked to defeat it with a few words.

We need to find a solution where everyone, religious or secular, has their freedom without undermining other person's freedom.
