It's o.k. for dogs to pee in people's yards.
Are you serious? Your dog has no business being in someone else's yard without permission, let alone peeing on the grass.
In neighborhoods where there are no sidewalks, you don’t have much choice. If there’s a sidewalk, dogs should pee in the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the street. If there’s no sidewalk, it’s permissible for dogs to pee in the first 2 feet or so of front yard, which is probably a public easement anyway. They should not be peeing on mailboxes, flowers, etc.
Yeah, I'm pretty neighborly, but I'm not going to stop my dog from peeing on mailboxes.
What is so hard about this? I don’t want your dog peeing in my yard, that I pay for, or on my mailbox post. Dog urine is corrosive and I don’t see you offering to fix the brown spots on land I own or replacing the rotting post from your pet. When you pay my mortgage, then your dog can pee in my yard.

Can be cute to look at, but judging how so many owners are just walking their dogs, it seems most owners hate the responsibility, too.
Dogs are the best. We don’t deserve them. I will die on this hill.
I completely agree with you.
Me too! I love dogs more then humans most of the time.
And this is why our society is becoming so closed up, reserved, and disconnected. People pay more attention to their dogs than to other people.
This idiotic sign says it all. If I saw this at someone's house I would go out of my way never to see them again

Are you going to stop the foxes from peeing in your yard? How about the squirrels? Bunnies? Deer? Raccoons? Possums? Outdoor cats? Good luck with that!!!

Ugh, this idiot.
Do you know how many bunnies, squirrels, raccoons I have in my yard? Few. Most of us in the suburbs have so few you can't compare their output to that of your dog that you stop on my lawn every single day. You can't be that stupid.

What?
Most dog owners don't walk their dogs properly. They do so lazily, while on their phone, on the wrong side of a path, with a retractable leash, letting them pee in people's yards. Being responsible for your pet takes work, and most dog owners don't want to do the work.
