No it is not. And kids can decide on the spur of the moment to not mask, they don’t have to decide a day in advance and let anyone know.
I have a hard time believing it's not "allowed." It's not practical maybe, for the reasons you cite. But, allowed??

Kind of contradictory, FCPS!
I suspect the teachers will be given a script to read on Monday that STRONGLY ENCOURAGES EVERYONE to keep masking at ALL TIMES!
That said, I think it's fine for teachers who have immune problems to ask their students to wear masks (speaking about HS kids here). My DD said that one of her teachers has asked the class to keep masking b/c she has health issues and my DD is happy to comply. That's just being considerate.
