The Great Reset
We need to reset how we think about COVID.
Stop with the mandates and restrictions on kids, especially.

Yeah, I know what you're going to say. Just give in.
He is a little boy in perfect health, not an adult. This shouldn't be about giving in to make our lives convenient. It should be about health.
Most school require vaccinations to enrol. This is just another one.
That's fine you don't really care whether your choice not to have your son vaccinated impacts others. But why should anyone care that the vaccine passport impacts you?
Not true. Misinformation.
Vaccinated kids can and do transmit COVID to others. Arguably, it’s even worse, because the vaccinated kids are sometimes asymptomatic and more likely to be out and about at school.
+1.
I truly hope that the private schools who are pushing for school mandates think about this more thoroughly. It is a nightmare to be in a private school at this time. They like to cater to the Covidian Karens.

I have a fear that some ignorant people will avoid showing a passport by doing this.
Different subject, but in a similar vein, can we also take back any tax revenue spent in Youngkin’s VA by Marylanders? Not only are they endangering all of us with their callous actions, it makes me sick to my stomach to think that the idiots in Virginia may benefit from what is rightfully our money.
[eyeroll] Yes, lets track them down and microchip, so that you can GPS track those very dangerous individuals.
Tracking them seems very labor intensive. And it offers no physical means of control over these people.
A better alternative would be concentrating them in places where their ability to move about is restricted. Like, a camp. Concentrate them in a camp, where they can be monitored and the rest of us can be protected from them. I think that’s probably the final solution.
Maybe I’ll see if I can sign up for public comments tomorrow so I can brief the council about this option.
Do you have a pamphlet I can read?
Something like this would work, I guess. I mean, if China is taking this approach, it must be effective, right??
https://www.ndtv.com/world-news/people-forced-to-live-in-metal-boxes-under-chinas-zero-covid-rule-2705138
Surely MoCo can set up a complex of metal boxes somewhere. Maybe in the Agricultural Reserve area where we have more land?
Doesn’t seem so far fetched anymore, I guess.
I live in the agricultural reserve and would oppose this.
I don’t live in the agricultural reserve and I would oppose this also. But, our politicians don’t care. This is about PUBLIC SAFETY. They have to keep the filthy, unvaccinated constituents out of the bars and restaurants for everyone’s SAFETY!!
And instead, you’ll be getting infected from vaccinated+boosted people.
Because that’s how I got infected. Me, and nearly everyone else I know. We were all vaccinated, and all infected by other vaccinated people.
What are your thoughts about this?
I think the viral load is smaller if a vaccinated person is spreading the virus
