Or they could just park down the street in one of the lots mentioned in the many pages of discussion upthread. Walk to pick up their kid. Not be the a-hole blocking traffic and extending the pickup line 40 minutes before dismissal.
I hope the school's front office starts putting out cones to block the K&R line until 5 minutes before dismissal. Maybe they could print out reminder slips to hand out, since these entitled parents obviously aren't reading (or are pretending not to receive) the principal's emails and notices. Much harder for parents to ignore something handed directly to them at K&R pickup
