Thinking people should be skeptical until verification is available.

In WWII my grandmother's city was occupied by the Japanese. She was forced to serve them as they terrorized the community. In quiet protest, she would spit in their drinks before serving them.
I'm sure MAGAs would defend the soldiers stalking and raping innocent civilians (just like ICE) and want my grandmother zipped and locked up.

It's shocking to me that people are pretending the video is fake. ANYTHING to advance the narrative that he was just a nice, normal, everyday person. Which is quickly falling apart.

He probably should have been arrested that day, yes. But that's not related to his being disarmed and shot days later.
No”probably” about it. He would be alive today if he had been arrested then, as he should have been. ALL of these agitators should be arrested at first offense and carted off for processing and booking.
Well the ICE gestapo is apparently unable to handle any civilian unrest except by shooting people or smashing their heads. So that’s kind of a problem.
Although MPD (in DC) has its own issues, one thing it does very well is crowd control during protests. This is learnable stuff.

Of course, we don't know what preceded this. Did ICE kidnap a little kid? Punch an immigrant? Who knows!
We don't know. But what we know from his ex-wife that he was extremely violent to her, resulting her in miscarrying the child. Not once, apparently. But other than that, he was a nice guy, caring nurse.
Making shit up, because that's all you cretins have left.
"Rachel Canoun, Pretti’s ex-wife, told The Associated Press that she was not surprised he was involved in protests against President Donald Trump’s immigration policies. She said Pretti was a Democratic voter who had participated in the wave of protests following the 2020 killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer, which occurred not far from the neighborhood where they once lived.
Canoun described Pretti as someone who could shout at law enforcement during protests but said she never knew him to be physically confrontational. “These kinds of things, you know, he felt the injustice to it,” she told the AP. “So it doesn’t surprise me that he would be involved.”
She said Pretti obtained a permit to carry a concealed firearm about three years ago and owned at least one handgun when the two separated. “He didn’t carry it around me, because it made me uncomfortable,” Canoun said."
Seriously, what kind of disgusting person do you have to be to make up such nasty stuff about a murder victim. There is nothing too low for the MAGAs.

It is looking more and more like ICE targeted Petit for retaliation. There isn’t much that gets a cop thrown in jail for life (or executed), but premeditated murder is one of those things. And it’s a state level crime, one that Trump can’t pardon, and the statute of limitations is never.
So MAGA may want to stop sharing these videos.
