The incident attracted widespread attention because X owner Elon Musk personally intervened to reinstate the account after a violation that would normally result in a permanent ban from the social media platform.”

So that's why Elmo has so many babies. More SA victims. He took his latest baby from the surrogate and Grimes, the biological mother has never met it.

Yup, it’s bad.

The SEC asked a federal court to order Elon Musk to testify as part of the agency's investigation into whether he violated federal securities laws during last year's Twitter purchase.

Not curious at all. Do hinky stuff, get investigated. That's how it works.

This confuses them so badly.

“How did I get caught up in the communications with that foreign criminal? How dare you listen to my calls!”

“Why did you notice I commit fraud! Witch hunt!”

“Why is everyone holding the 1/6 traitors responsible for their actions? Politically motivated!”

It’s about time that control over the world’s most powerful social media company is put back into the hands of … (checks notes) … “the bankers.”

What, they are going to organize a GoFundMe?

This debt burden has been ever-present since the day he cut this deal. Yeah there is no doubt the debt holders have thought about triggering covenants. Clearly the platform would be worth much more without his hand on the tiller. The bankers know this. They are just waiting for the right time, because it will involve serious litigation and that further damages the value of the business until it is complete.
