Per the club's FAQ, they're saying the second teams are playing in NAL and have told folks as such. But, I understand the hesitancy because there is nothing official posted anywhere.

but are you certain it's about development? Is that what they told you? I observe teams in the sixth bracket striving to win at any cost, even in the consolation games. Honestly, they are in the sixth bracket for a reason. However, as long as they had fun, collected a few clips, and bought a sweatshirt, who cares, right? Or did you just find out that you care more about this than your DD does?

I don’t care about the bracket or winning that’s my point. Nobody told me anything about development or bracket placement and they don’t need to. I just want to see the team in competitive games against teams that are closely matched.

It was their first year in Jeff Cup for their GA teams. The teams had no historical records for Jeff Cup to place them. That’s not a bad placement for their 1st year. Jeff Cup declines a lot of teams.
