College coaches definitely didn’t just begin for the very first time looking at 28s-- they just started tightening up their lists and getting more serious about the 28s. The early early lists for top players that get on the boards early and on the radar early happens now for the 29s. Do not listen to anyone that tells you that is not the case. Is it now till summer for 28s to be getting the serious interest from coaches being relayed to recruiting coordinators and club coaches if kid is a top 200 player. as for 29s it’s now time to get on the radar early with the winter prospect camps before the college season begins.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Those who claim that the 2029 recruiting has not yet begun are the same individuals who are actively participating in the winter prospect camp and are already gaining attention! Focus less on making the varsity team and more on excelling in the winter prospect camp, improving your grades, starting SAT prep early, and performing well on standardized tests. Setting yourself apart through academics is key when everyone else has similar athletic skills and lacrosse ability. When your grades are good and your SAT score is good and your lacrosse skills are good = a triple threat, and make the coaches job recruiting you very easy. Don’t be the naïve parent or player who does not think 2029’s are not being started on preliminary list and getting on radar early.

Sorry, I can’t give a lengthy rebuttal now because I have to take my 29 to SAT prep class.

That sounds terrible for the 2028’s. Were the schools advertised there and was it a wide range of coaches from those schools (head coach, assistant, volunteer assistant)?

Impossible….wine moms on here have already confirmed that college coaches don’t even know the 2029 class exists.
