False. They outplayed and out possessed NC. RP can’t score goals for them… NC had a couple of runs that were defended poorly and resulted in 3 easy goals. This isn’t on the coach. It’s on the lack of communication between players and bad clearances.
Ok coach. Thank you
Definitely not a coach or the coach, but good try. Anyone who was there will tell you the same ^.
This team has continually fallen off since he started coaching. Just like every other team he coaches.
So unhappy I see.
Change isn’t easy in youth soccer. You can’t blame 1 person for the problems. It’s a collective problem. Parents (ahem). Players. Coaching change. They are better off now with a better coach who has to re-teach a lot of things that weren’t taught in the fall. Those girls were simply using their own talents in the fall with no direction. Now they are possessing the ball and learning how to play soccer the right way. They are young and will be just fine.
That's exactly what PL told us parents before he tanked all the teams.
Why is Phil still employed as a youth soccer coach? Is Loudoun really hijacked by John and Mark? No metrics to hold these clowns accountable for their garbage performance over what, the last 10-15 years?
He orilla got some dirt on them, youth clubs operate like mafias. It’s a dream but it’s be nice if parents were to decline paying into this conglomerate of corruption and weasels

But at the end of the day they will be better players because of it. Don't be too nearsighted the journey is long and there are few coaches that play that style so learn what you can while you can. You will be back to direct kickball soon enough. My daughter plays that style and guess what the college coaches love her....kick and run, super big and physical is dime a dozen. Go to any ECNL showcase and you will see hundreds of them. IQ with skill and higher level play not so much. Easier to go from his style of play to the other than vice versa, take the opportunity add something to your game. The more well rounded you are the better.
Flat out lies. The best NVA players are small, fast and highly technical.
This is a lie.

ur kid definitely isn’t playing for RP. Troll is strong with this one. Possession FB coach says your DD will ride the bench unilaterally playing kickball. Unless there is pokey pressure from top down joysticking (pokey parents to PL). Thanks God he wont have to deal with that much longer and hopefully will coach in peace.Anonymous wrote:um RP plays run and kick. Definitely not a coach or the coach, but good try. Anyone who was there will tell you the same ^.

Now they are possessing the ball and learning how to play soccer the right way. They are young and will be just fine.
That's exactly what PL told us parents before he tanked all the teams.
