Her husband was attractive, but I don't think she was attracted TO him as he constantly referred to himself as a "stay at home dad" and didn't seem particularly masculine to her. She was clearly turned off by him.

Holy cow! I thought it was just how her lips were. Strange that they couldn't be completely corrected with plastic surgery.

It’s not surgery. She obviously needed braces and never got them. A good orthodontist could have easily given her a great smile.

It's not her teeth. It's the shape of her upper lip. They even kind of reference it a few times. She used to be on always sunny as a side character and I remember noticing it then.

Yes, I died when her boss mentioned it in the elevator and even imitated her mouth. It's SO DISTRACTING!! She has these little "wings" on the sides of her lips.

I'm late to this thread, and this show - I just started watching it - but I TOTALLY AGREE with this comment!!! I hate to say it, but I find her/her character revolting and can't stand when she's on screen. Her mouth is so bizarre and her personality is so masculine. The scenes of her at work with her male colleagues, discussing porn - vomit.

I love the rest of the cast though. Pretty funny show. I'm only halfway through, so the jury's out for me...

On the season finale what illness did kate's son have? Was it measles or something else? I must have missed that.

It’s like her upper lip disappears in the middle. It must just be some unique kind of deformity. I find it really distracting but I think she is a decent actor. I agree that her husband, who also plays her husband on the show, is a horrible actor.

I just assumed Catherine Reitman was related to Ivan Reitman because her mouth is just like his!
