I did a clothing rental service years ago, but it was just for fun, not to save money. Ended up not keeping any of the pieces, since I found little issues with each of them. Eventually got fed up with sending them back and them not quite getting my style right, but again, it was pretty fun for a while. Didn't realize people did it to save money.

Same! I love Nuuly. Mostly because I’ve tried things I wouldn’t have ordered online & ended up loving them and buying them at a second hand price.
I’m also dating someone new & we go to a lot more dressy events than I’m used to so I like being able to wear great pieces without committing to them
I hardly buy clothes anymore save for activewear. I'm also pregnant now, so will use for maternity clothes.

I used a rental service years ago but it didn't really work for me. I am petite with a naturally larger bust and things just didn't fit right, and sometimes the clothes were worn out looking.
I invested in pieces that are timeless and I get them tailored, which works for me.

I think it’s cool that you did the subscription service. You avoided a lot of fast fashion purchases and cut down on waste. If you want to own some special pieces now, I think you certainly deserve to go buy them without guilt.
