The guy who currently owns it lived in the UK for a long time. He did a lot of renovations. It is really beautiful.

This will take a while to sell, in a similar way that the Potomac house of Dan Snyder was hard to sell.

It is a beautiful property, but overpriced.
At that price point I want river views. There must be something more special about it than just a house.
I do like the grounds and the vegetable patch.
Perhaps a sauna would be nice.

The owners purchased it for $13 mil. I do not think it has tripled in value.
