Very first thing in the morning or it wont happen. Then after work and dinner I likely take a walk.

On the days I work from home, I try to do something once my kids are out the door and before I start working. Occasionally I run in the afternoon or early evening, but it’s hard to get the timing right.

My kids are in high school, and I work from home about half the time, so I have a nice window. I usually work out from like 7:15-8:15. If I have an 8:30 call, I just adjust and make sure I'm done on time.

I usually have half a cup of coffee and eat a graham cracker before working out. Mostly run, sometimes weights or yoga.

I don't like after-work workouts because by then, I'm usually tired, stressed, or hungry. Or all of those things.

Morning at 4:30 because I need to leave for work at 6:30.

It was a tough habit to get into, but I love it now!

Gym workouts are in the morning (largely so I only shower once) and other exercise happen at various points in the day.

Morning on an empty stomach. I hate working out after eating, and once I’m done with work, I just want to get home.

Wake at 5:30, work out 6-7, M-F, don't eat anything before working out. Spouse and I always walk on weekends, sometimes just a couple of miles around the neighborhood, sometimes we'll go to the canal or Great Falls
