False. Joe Biden never said he saw videos of beheaded babies or mass rape. He said there were photos of the beheaded babies, he said nothing about photos or videos of mass rape. And within hours the White House clarified that he had not personally seen photos of the beheaded babies but was referencing a report that it had happened.

So as bad as Sleepy Joe is, you're an even bigger liar than he is.
